FAQ

What does the Javelineer evolve into?
Javelineer → Elite Javelineer (2★ → 3★), announced in the official Update 1 post on September 12, 2026. Promotion requires Mastery Level 20, the same gate as every documented chain.
What are the Javelineer's stats?
The developer's published sneak-peek card shows a 2★ Level-1 snapshot: HP 160, DMG 24, BLOCK DMG 48, SPEED 20, BLOCK 60, RNG 140, DPS 8. RNG 140 confirms the long-range thrower read — for scale, the melee Imperial Halberder's official card reads RNG 16.
Was the Javelineer buffed or nerfed?
Reworked, on September 13, 2026. The official patch removed the projectile reduction AND removed block damage — with the owner's own explanation that Javelineer base damage "will not be lessened by the shield unlike other projectiles." In plain terms: its throws now ignore shield damage reduction, a deliberate anti-shield niche.
How is the Javelineer different from archers?
The class answer: archers are volume fire over a wall; the Javelineer is a mobile thrower whose post-rework throws punch through shields. If the skirmisher read verifies, it also keeps up with a push — something the stand-and-shoot archer line was never designed to do.

The Javelineer arrived with more official evidence than any launch Ranged unit — a published stat card, then a full rework one day later that handed it a niche nothing else in the class has. This page is the complete record: card, rework, chain, and the honest unknowns.

What is the Javelineer’s evolution line?

Announced in the official Update 1 post (September 12, 2026):

Stage Rarity Notes
Javelineer 2★ Base unit, Ranged class
Elite Javelineer 3★ Promotion ceiling, Mastery Level 20 required

With this chain and the Archer line’s three stages, the Ranged class now runs two documented families (evolution paths).

What are the official stats?

The developer’s published sneak-peek card — a 2★ Level-1 Javelineer:

Stat Value
HP 160
DMG 24
BLOCK DMG 48
SPEED 20
BLOCK 60
RNG 140
DPS 8

The number that carries the identity is RNG 140 — a genuinely long-range unit (the melee Imperial Halberder’s official card reads RNG 16 for scale). Level-1 snapshot, so every row grows; the DPS 8 base with a 24-damage throw says burst thrower, not volume shooter.

What did the September 13 rework change?

Three things, all from the official patch post:

  1. The projectile reduction was removed — an unreleased or short-lived mechanic the notes rolled back before most players met it.
  2. Block damage was removed from the throw — and with it came the owner’s own explanation, quoted: Javelineer base damage “will not be lessened by the shield unlike other projectiles.”
  3. Net result: throws ignore shield damage reduction. Every other projectile in the game pays the shield tax; the Javelineer does not.

That is a deliberate anti-shield niche — ranged pressure that shield walls cannot simply soak. It also landed the same day the patch added the Shield Damage Indicator UI, so the block-versus-thrower exchange is now visible in matches (patch history).

How does it fit an army?

The theory-read (labeled as such): a skirmisher-flavored breaker — mobile ranged pressure that can keep up with a push, plausibly the first ranged option attack-first armies get that travels with them. The verified part: the niche (anti-shield ranged) and the card (long range, burst damage). Whether throws arc over friendly lines, and how the unit actually moves, are match-verification work in progress — the Update 1 units page keeps the watch list.

Against shield-heavy metas this is the Ranged answer; against open-field cavalry metas, the Scout Rider line and a braced spear line still do the work.

How do you raise one?

Duplicates → Ascension; battles → Mastery toward Level 20. Pulls are funded fastest by the six working codes (3,900 Gems); the summon odds page has the official rates.

What is still being verified?

The Elite Javelineer’s card, the line’s Gem cost, summon-pool placement, and the movement/arc behaviors above. Each answer lands here with a date as it verifies.
