Every game wiki needs one page that answers “what changed?” without a scavenger hunt. This is that page — the running, dated log of every official Command An Army patch, built entirely from the developer’s own update-log posts. Each entry links to the detail elsewhere on the site; each new patch lands here the day it is confirmed.

Which patches still matter most?
Nine entries with the longest shadows:
- October 10 (UPDATE 4) — the game’s fourth content update, all customization: six horse armors and six weapon skin sets, a Daily Cosmetic Shop with a 24-hour refresh, Horse Leveling, and a Daily Rewards revamp — plus a balance pass that handed first official stat lines to the Knight, Elite Javelineer, and Spear Vanguard chains (Javelineer page has the numbers)
- October 17 (UPDATE 5) — the game’s fifth content update: two new player classes (Archer and Poleaxe — the commander’s kit, not units), the crossbow family’s first documented evolution (Crossbowman → Pavise Crossbowman), Sky View, an upgraded Ping Wheel, and a progression package — ×2 Gems from matches, quests and rewards, cheaper Skill Tree skills, 1.3× troop mastery XP (gems guide has the economy record) — plus a new code, CLASSES (2,500 Gems + 10 Skill Crystals)
- October 3 (UPDATE 3) — the game’s third content update and its biggest swing: the first 5★ units, a whole Mongol battle pass, two new evolutions (Mace → Morningstar, Pikeman → Phalangite), and the Skill Tree the October 1 vote picked over unit traits. The Update 1 roadmap record has the promise-by-promise scorecard.
- September 19 (Update 2) — the game’s second content update: Guilds, the nine-rank Ranked ladder, the Rapier family with Parry, spear squads up to 28 — and the game’s first earnings cuts (gems and troop Mastery XP −30%), announced and fully reverted the same day. The tier list watch note carries the meta questions.
- September 6 (economy) — per-match Gem payouts have run at 1.5× ever since; Update 2 cut them by 30% on September 19 and reverted the cut the same day. The gems guide has the full record.
- September 7 (odds and Ascension) — the only published summon rates, and the Ascension nerf from 10% to 5% that made duplicate volume matter even more (summon odds, rarity).
- September 12 (Update 1) — the game’s first content update: five units, nine total evolution chains, and a new meta to verify. The full story and the per-unit pages (Spear Militia, Halberder, Javelineer, Flaming Archers, Mace) cover it in depth.
- September 13 (balance) — the first post-update pass: ranged range down across the family, spears faster, the Javelineer rework, burn on players for Flaming Archers, and the Shield Damage Indicator.
- September 22 (three patches, one day) — Private Servers went live with Server Settings (start/end/pause match, choose map, custom time), the first of the previewed UPDATE 3 features to ship early; and the Mace’s knockback was added at 00:25 and taken back out at 22:43, a full round trip inside one day (Mace page has the record).
What is coming next?
UPDATE 2 (“Guilds and more!”) went live Saturday, September 19, 2026: the promised Guild System arrived, alongside a nine-rank Ranked ladder (Warrior to Emperor), two new units — Rapier and Rapier Knight — with the Parry trait, spear squads up to 28, and the game’s first earnings cuts (gems and troop Mastery XP −30%) — reverted in full the same day. A balance patch on September 21 tuned the arrivals, and September 22 ran three patches of its own: the Mace knockback (added at 00:25, removed at 22:43 — a same-day round trip) and the early Private Servers launch (the rows in the log above). The rest of the September 12–14 roadmap did not ship in UPDATE 2 and stays announced-only: the free quest-based Mongol battle pass, stat points (87% poll), and the Laestrygonians poll — which closed September 21 with Yes at 85%, short of the owner’s stated 95% bar (“if it doesnt get to 95% im not adding it”), so no development has been announced for the giants.
The announcement channel stayed busy after launch weekend: on September 20 the owner rebalanced evolution XP and confirmed it live the same day — 1★→2★ cut from 7,400 to 4,500 XP, 3★→4★ raised from 7,400 to 10,500 XP, 2★→3★ unchanged — floated a slower one-update-every-two-weeks cadence (no final call yet), committed to a 2× XP boost every weekend, and previewed the next update’s contents: a new map, Mongol units, a Pikeman evolution, auto-delete, private servers, and a bug-fixing sweep. On September 22 the owner moved the big update back a week: UPDATE 3 (“New Content Drop!”) is now scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2026 (“coming next Saturday (OCT 3), not this coming Saturday”), setting an 11:00 AM start — a start time the Roblox event card later moved to 9:00 PM, same date, same event, still titled “Mongols” (re-verified October 2) — and the promised week-ahead rollout got under way: Private Servers went live September 22 (Server Settings: start/end/pause match, choose map, custom time), with auto-delete and the rest of the features watched-for until they appeared in the log above. The September 20 weekend-XP promise has started delivering too: on September 26 (00:02) the owner announced the X2 XP weekend event live — player and unit XP gain doubled for the weekend — and the game’s Roblox page title picked up the matching [X2 XP WEEKEND] tag (re-checked September 27; gone by the September 28 re-check as the weekend ended). The #announcements channel also funded a race — the first player to reach the Emperor rank would win 100,000 Robux (announced September 19) — and it ended quickly: on September 22 the owner announced in #server-announcements that the first Emperor had been reached and the 100,000 Robux prize was awarded. On September 29 the owner posted two new codes in #update-log, no patch notes attached — OCTOBER3 and SATURDAY, 1,000 Gems each — their names pointing at the update’s October 3 date and its weekday, the first codes to arrive ahead of their update instead of with it. The same day in #sneak-peaks, the owner previewed a traits system: trait rerolls obtainable from quests, daily rewards, the battle pass, and Ranked wins, with every trait carrying a buff and a nerf at the same time — a buff to one stat is paid for by a nerf to another, to keep things balanced for all players — all of it explicitly flagged as not the final product. The teases continued the next day: on September 30 the owner dropped a one-word #sneak-peaks message — “Myrmidons….” — and followed it that evening with a @Sneak Peak Ping post carrying a dark in-game render of the armored unit, no stats attached, no update assignment announced. The pace picked up as October opened: on October 1 a senior moderator announced in #server-announcements, approved by Jake, the CAA League — a separate official Discord server where guild leaders can “easily challenge other guilds to wars”, with guild wars and tournaments planned. Twenty-odd minutes later the owner put the traits tease to a vote: a #announcements poll asked whether to release unit traits this weekend or revamp the unit skill tree and wait for the next update — the vote sat tied before the owner called it for the skill tree twelve minutes after the poll opened (“ok seems like skill tree won”, 16:52), the poll itself still open at the October 4 re-check (15,930 votes, up from 12,250 two days earlier). That same evening #sneak-peaks carried three skill-tree screenshots — full node-chain trees for the Lancer (the cavalry line’s ceiling: Swift, Trampler, Warhorse, Wedge Tip, Stampede, Wild Hunt, among others), a Laestrygonian III (Level 20 — the polled giant line, shown on a unit card; at that point still without announced development), and a ranged line (Precise, Quickdraw, Eagle Eyed, Storm of Arrows, Volley, among others) — with a node unlock cost shown at 15 Gems in a skill tooltip and a 5,000-Gem “Reset Skills” button, no update assignment announced for any of it. The last pre-update stretch then compressed everything into days: on October 2 the owner posted Myrmidon renders in #sneak-peaks — with a one-word “Myrmidons” follow-up — alongside a render of a knight in full plate swinging a spiked mace (the Mace’s evolution tease) and two in-game formation shots, and the countdown posts began (“LESS THAN 24 HOURS UNTIL THE MASSIVE UPDATE”, October 2 at 22:32; “1 HOUR UNTIL UPDATE”, October 3 at 19:59). Then it landed: UPDATE 3 — “The Mongol Update” — went live Saturday, October 3, 2026 (21:00, per the owner’s #update-log post — the log’s newest row until the October 4 balance patch landed above it). The promised Mongol battle pass arrived carrying three new units — Nökör, Bataar, and Khorchin; Laestrygonian — the polled giants, whose development had gone unannounced since the September poll — and Myrmidon arrived as the update’s new units under a “The FIRST 5 Star unit has arrived!” banner; two new evolutions opened (Mace → Morningstar, Pikeman → Phalangite); and the feature column delivered the Skill Tree — the October 1 vote’s winner — plus Auto Delete and an AFK Server. Four new codes rode along: LAESTRYGONIAN, UPDATE3, and MONGOLS (700, 700, and 1,000 Gems, each also carrying 2 Skill Crystals) and SKILLTREE (5 Skill Crystals — the game’s first code with no Gems attached). Not in the launch post: the new map and the bug-fixing sweep from the September 20 preview, the traits system — its weekend slot lost to the skill-tree vote — and stat points; all stay on the watch list. The Roblox event card has since re-dated the Mongols event to Saturday, October 10, 2026, 9:00 PM, and a second “Next Update — TBA” card now sits beside it; the game’s Roblox title picked up a [MONGOLS] tag (all re-checked October 4; unchanged at the October 5 re-check; by the October 8 re-check the Mongols card had dropped its date and reads as a live “Join Event” event, and the second card is now titled “Cosmetics — More customization!”, carrying the October 10 slot; unchanged again at the October 9 re-check). The log itself kept moving after the launch: on October 4 the first post-UPDATE-3 balance patch landed at 20:35 — Laestrygonian Cleave MaxTarget 3 → 4, Phalangite DMG 28 → 23, and a rush-damage falloff for all Polearm units (100% on the first enemy hit, 50% on the second, 25% on the third; the row above). The first post-launch tease of what comes next arrived the same day: a #announcements poll — “Pick one dont ask why” — asked players to pick between Romans and Early Gunpowder, closing October 5 with Romans at 70% (10,855 of 15,504 votes). No development has been announced for either pick; the game’s earlier poll on adding units — the Laestrygonians, September 14–21 — ended with the giants shipping in UPDATE 3, so the vote reads as a pointer at what follows the Mongols, but it is a pointer, not an announcement. The log moved again after the poll closed: on the evening of October 5 (19:29) the owner posted a one-line “player horse armors” teaser in #sneak-peaks, and just after midnight (October 6, 00:03) followed it with a dev-preview render of two horses in ornate gold-and-red barding — no stats, no update assignment, nothing announced. Then at 01:53 on October 6 a patch fixed a guild bug and shipped major pathfinding improvements, its post carrying the first new code announced in a patch post since the UPDATE 3 launch batch — GUILDFIX, 5,000 Gems and 10 Skill Crystals, the largest package a patch-post code has carried (the row above). Like the poll, the horse-armors tease stays a pointer until something ships. October 7 then became the log’s second three-patch day (the first was September 22): at 00:43 a fix for the “Mosquitos” spawn bug — an enemy entering camp can no longer cancel troop spawning — plus an improved cannon follow camera; at 12:35 that behavior tightened into a pause (troops spawning in camp now pause when an enemy player enters camp) alongside a Shop rework; and at 19:13 a 50%-off sale on all Skill Crystals rode along with a cavalry phasing-through fix, a pathfinding fix so units can attack gates, load-status visualizers for Ranked, and a glint on units with skills — all three patches codeless. The owner also posted a status note that evening (19:22) acknowledging the Skill Tree was bugged with a fix in progress; no fix-shipped post had followed by the October 13 re-check — neither the UPDATE 4 launch post nor the October 13 Halloween patch mentions the Skill Tree. The horse-armor tease kept moving too: on October 7 at 23:17 #sneak-peaks carried a 12-second dev-preview screen recording of a white horse in ornate gold barding with a color-picker dialog open — horse-armor color customization, the same customization territory as the panel’s re-titled “Cosmetics — More customization!” card. Like the video and the card, the Cosmetics event stays a pointer until something ships; the sale is the first one the log has recorded. The window then booked its next entries outside the log: on October 8 at 16:40 +0800 the Unit Trait poll — open since October 1 — formally closed with “Revamp to Unit skill tree (Wait for next upd)” at 56% (9,243 of 16,548 votes; “Release unit traits this weekend” took the remaining 7,305, 44%), the seven-day final count confirming the owner’s twelve-minute call. #sneak-peaks added three more posts: on October 8 at 18:37 +0800 the horse-armor run’s first in-game screenshot (the earlier entries were dev previews) — a player horse in ornate gold-and-black barding with an owner nameplate above; on October 9 at 00:09 +0800 a render of five gold-trimmed pieces — a warhammer, a tower shield, a longsword, and a pair of curved blades; and on October 9 at 08:41 +0800 a dev preview of two more horse-armor patterns — red-and-white fleur-de-lis and blue-and-white checkered. Nothing is announced for any of it, and the Cosmetics card’s slot (Saturday, October 10, 9:00 PM) went unchanged at the October 9 re-check — and again at the October 10 pre-event re-check, the card still showing “Notify Me” hours ahead of its 9:00 PM slot that evening. The carousel had grown a third card by then: ARCHER CLASS — subtitled “New player class” — scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2026, 9:00 PM with a “Notify Me” button, and no development announcement in any tracked channel has mentioned the archer class yet; like everything on the panel, the card is a pointer until something ships. The window also booked an entry in #links, the server’s link directory: on October 10 at 03:49 +0800 — its first new message since the September 28 bot post — Community Manager Saint posted a bare invite link to the Command An Army League, the separate official guild-wars server announced October 1, whose invite preview showed 3,431 members at the October 10 read. And then the slot kept its promise: at 21:01 on October 10 — one minute past the Cosmetics card’s 9:00 PM slot — the owner posted UPDATE 4 — “The Cosmetic Update” in #update-log (the row above), and the two watch items resolved together: the horse-armor tease shipped as six horse armors (Lionheart, Dragonfang, Wyrncrest, Rookguard, Ironhearth, Quilted) plus six weapon skins (Eclipse and Radiance sets), a Daily Cosmetic Shop (a new Cosmetics tab in the Store — stock refreshes every 24 hours, prices in Gems or Robux), Horse Leveling (horses level up through use, raising Health/Stamina/Speed), a Daily Rewards revamp, and a balance pass that reached five entries — Knight (HP 247 → 255, DMG 20 → 21, Block 33 → 45 — the Mercenary chain’s ceiling gets its first official stat lines), Javelineer (HP 160 → 185, DMG 24 → 28, Range 140 → 170), Elite Javelineer (HP 180 → 215, DMG 28 → 33, Range 155 → 190 — its first official stat lines), Spear Vanguard (HP 314 → 299, DMG 16 → 15 — its first official stat lines), and Phalangite (ATK INT 2 → 2.4) — with a new code riding along: COSMETIC, 2,500 Gems and 10 Skill Crystals. The first-party signals moved with it: the game’s Roblox title swapped its [MONGOLS] tag for [COSMETICS], the Cosmetics card flipped to a live “Join Event” event with its date dropped, and the Mongols card left the carousel entirely — at the October 13 re-check the panel carries three cards: the live Cosmetics event, ARCHER CLASS — whose subtitle (“New player class”), date (Saturday, October 17, 2026), time (9:00 PM), and “Notify Me” button are unchanged from the October 10 read — and a third card, HALLOWEEN EVENT (“Spooky Season is here!”), scheduled for Saturday, October 31, 2026, 9:00 PM with “Notify Me”. At the October 14 re-check the Cosmetics event had ended and its card had left the carousel entirely (no “Join Event” text renders anywhere on the game page at either of two reads), leaving the panel with the two upcoming cards — ARCHER CLASS and HALLOWEEN EVENT, unchanged. No announcement post accompanied UPDATE 4 in #announcements — the channel’s newest post is still the October 8 poll closure — and no development announcement has mentioned the archer class yet. The log itself moved next: at 11:54 +0800 on October 13 a one-line patch posted a Halloween Lobby added (the row above) — the first shipped piece of the Halloween theme, codeless, with no announcement post. The Skill Tree went unmentioned again: its 19:22 status note still has no fix-shipped follow-up at the October 13 re-check. #sneak-peaks closed October 13 with three evening posts, all after the morning’s patch (read October 14): an in-game screenshot of a horse in ornate red-and-gold barding — fanged, horned faceplate — standing in an ornate hall, its rider in a marble-swirl helmet carrying a skateboard-shaped back cosmetic (14:53 +0800); a ten-second gameplay clip of Phalangite armies pushing a capture point on the classic green field, posted by community manager Edward (18:20 +0800); and a 53-second owner video of horseback riding along dirt paths beside log palisades through rain-soaked, forested, rocky ground — the built-up battlefield shape of the store screenshots seen in motion for the first time on this wiki’s record, in weather none of those screenshots shows, capture-point UI visible, and no map name shown (21:05 +0800). Nothing in the three is announced; they stay pointers. #sneak-peaks followed with two more on October 14 (read October 15): a screenshot of a character shouldering a halberd-form polearm in an ornate dark skin with glowing light-blue patterned trim against the classic green-and-pink terrain — no caption, no stats, no update assignment (19:58 +0800) — and a twelve-second gameplay video from community manager Edward of mounted combat, the class card reading Lancer (Lv. 30): the player rides a purple-caparisoned horse leading silver-armored, red-plumed spear cavalry across the classic green field into a fortified stone compound at Capture Point A, the capture completing mid-clip as the camera pulls up to a bird’s-eye view of the walled ground, no map name shown (23:31 +0800). Nothing in either is announced; both stay pointers — the Lancer clip is the first look on this wiki’s record at the cavalry chain’s ceiling class in live gameplay. #sneak-peaks added one more on October 16 (read the same day): a twenty-four-second owner gameplay video with the class card reading Pavise Crossbowman (Lv. 20) — a full Hold formation of crossbow-armed troops with large blue pavise shields advancing on Capture Point A at the fortified stone compound on the classic green field, a blue dragon banner in hand and a halberd-form polearm on the character, no caption, no stats, no update assignment, no map name shown (13:37 +0800). Nothing is announced; it stays a pointer — and the clip is the first post-launch look on this wiki’s record at the crossbow family in live gameplay. The pointers now stack two deep — ARCHER CLASS on October 17, then HALLOWEEN EVENT on October 31 — and like everything on the panel they are pointers until something ships. The Update 1 page carries the running roadmap detail — none of it counts until it appears in the log above. The ARCHER CLASS pointer then kept its promise: at 21:00 +0800 on October 17 — five seconds past the card’s 9:00 PM slot — the owner posted UPDATE 5 in #update-log (the row above), and the card flipped with it: at the October 18 re-check the ARCHER CLASS card reads as a live “Join Event” event with its date dropped (subtitle “New player class”), the panel carries the live archer event and HALLOWEEN EVENT (Saturday, October 31, 2026, 9:00 PM, “Notify Me”) — the one forward pointer left — and the game’s Roblox title swapped [COSMETICS] for [UPD]. UPDATE 5 shipped two new player classes — Archer (“Take down enemies from afar with a bow!”) and Poleaxe (“A heavy polearm with the longest reach!”) — plus the Crossbowman → Pavise Crossbowman evolution, the crossbow family’s first documented path (Crossbow page has the family record), Sky View (press M or tap the map icon for a top-down battlefield view), an upgraded Ping Wheel (hold middle mouse), progression changes (×2 Gems from matches, quests and rewards; cheaper Skill Tree skills; 1.3× troop mastery XP), and smarter AI balancing (uneven teams evened out — AI troops fill in by team strength and can field any 1 to 4 Star melee unit). A new code rode along: CLASSES, 2,500 Gems and 10 Skill Crystals. The Roblox Updated field’s October 17 bump — silent metadata movement with no patch post behind it at the time — now has its official text: the update went live that day. The Skill Tree got mentioned but not fixed: UPDATE 5’s progression changes make its skills cheaper, and the 19:22 status note still has no fix-shipped follow-up at the October 18 re-check. No announcement post accompanied UPDATE 5 in #announcements — the channel’s newest post is still the October 8 poll closure.
How this page stays current
The official #update-log channel has carried a dated post for every change since launch day; this page mirrors it, entry by entry, with each code’s fate tracked on the codes page.
